14. EÇÖZÜM shall be entitled to transfer this Agreement at any time, in part or as a whole. However, the visitor may not transfer this contract or any part thereof to any other party. This kind of transfer action is invalid.

15. In such cases that are considered as legal force majeure events, EÇÖZÜM shall not be held responsible for the delayed performance or nonperformance of the terms of use of this Web Site. This and similar cases shall not be considered as a delay or nonperformance or default for EÇÖZÜM. In such cases, no compensation obligation shall arise for EÇÖZÜM.

16. The disputes arising from this “Terms of Use of the SITE” and the Web Site Usage Agreement are subject to Turkish Law. İstanbul Courts and Execution Offices shall have the jurisdiction for the disputes. EÇÖZÜM reserves the right to sue in the country where the visitor is located.

17. This Website Terms of Use and the Membership Agreement become effective on the date announced by EÇÖZÜM in the SITE. The Visitors shall automatically agree to the provisions hereof by using the SITE. EÇÖZÜM may change in the terms of this agreement at its own discretion. Changes are posted on the SITE with the version number and changing date and shall take effect on the same date.
